This is a taste delight from South Eastern India, it is very complex as several elements are brought together. A blend of spices (Garam Masala) combined with chillies, curry leaves, tomato, lime and ginger


Lamb Keema Bhuna [MILD/MEDIUM][GF, DF]

This is a relatively dry dish, combines minced lamb with tomatoes, chick peas and garden peas, the spice blend of garlic, ginger and turmeric provides a very flavoursome dish, garnished with fresh coriander
